DIABLO CANYON POWER PLANT, UNIT NOS. 1 AND 2 - WITHDRAWAL OF AN AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NOS. ME2667 AND ME2668)
Dear Mr. Conway:
By letter dated November 20,2009 (non-publicly available), as superseded by letter dated January 20,2010 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML100270224), Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) applied for an amendment to the Diablo Canyon Power Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (DCPP) Operating License Nos. DPR-80 and DPR-82.
The license amendment request included the Cyber Security Plan (CSP), proposed changes to the Facility Operating Licenses, and a proposed CSP implementation schedule for DCPP. The proposed CSP was submitted in accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 73.54, "Protection of digital computer and communication systems and networks."
Subsequently, by letter dated August 19, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102350061), PG&E withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the application dated November 20, 2009, as supplemented by letter dated January 20, 2010, is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
