NRC CONFIRMATORY ORDER (EA-09-060) INSPECTION NOTICE
Dear Mr. Schwarz:
The Nuclear Regulatory Commission will be evaluating the implementation of your commitments associated with Confirmatory Order EA-09-060, dated November 10, 2009. While the specific inspection schedule has not been established, inspection activity will involve onsite inspections at your facility, selected nuclear power plants within Regions I and IV, and at Entergy Nuclear Corporate Headquarters.
Onsite inspection activity at the nuclear power plants will evaluate your compliance with Action Item 2 of the Confirmatory Order, and inspection activity at the Entergy Nuclear Corporate Headquarters will evaluate your compliance with all requirements of the Confirmatory Order.
Specific inspection dates and activities will be coordinated through future correspondence.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records System (PARS) component of NRC's Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html (the Public Electronic Reading Room).
