On August 10, 2010, the State of New York filed a Motion to Extend Time in Which to File New or Supplemental Contentions Concerning Entergys Ninth Amendment to the License Renewal Application.1 The Board hereby grants New Yorks Motion. On or before September 15, 2010, New York may file new or supplemental contentions arising from Entergys Ninth Amendment to the License Renewal Application concerning embrittlement of reactor pressure vessel components.
