KEWAUNEE POWER STATION AND ISFSI MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2. 3 AND ISFSI NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1, 2 AND ISFSIs SURRY POWER STATION UNITS 1. 2 AND ISFSIs SGI AND OUO CORRESPONDENCE DISTRIBUTION REQUEST In April 3, 2008 letters, the NRC requested that Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) provide current information on those individuals authorized to receive documents containing Safeguards (SGI) and Official Use Only (OUO) information on issues relating to our facilities at North Anna and Surry Power Stations. This information was provided in a May 29, 2008 letter (Serial No. 08-0232), and later updated in a June 25, 2009 letter (09-406).
Due to personnel changes, this information is being updated.
In addition, information is also provided for Kewaunee and Millstone Power Stations.
Attachments 1 through 4 contain information for those individuals authorized to receive documents containing SGI and OUO information for Kewaunee, Millstone, North Anna, and Surry Power Stations, respectively.
To maintain the integrity of the SGI and OUO distribution, these attachments also address "a need to know." Only a limited number of individuals are identified as having "a need to know" all SGI and OUO information associated with a specific plant. We request that the NRC only send SGI or OUO information to those who have been identified as having "a need to know" for all correspondence.
