2010 Dresden Exam Outline Comments
- 1)
Very low margin on number of Instrument and Control malfunctions. If applicants steal a bean we will be running the spare scenario.
- 2)
Is the Instrument Air System Leak, event #7 on scenario 1, really a major transient???
- 3)
Loss of EHC System is not a Major transient it only affects the Main Turbine.
- 4)
In the future make sure that you include the method used to select K/As. We need to be assured that they were picked randomly and systematically.
- 5)
Need to change Admin JPM for Rad Control, Select Personnel for Rad Work. If only the numbers are changed and not the process for determining if a worker can perform a job based on rad exposure limits are the same; the JPM is basically the same. This would mean there are two JPMs from the previous two NRC Exams on the admin JPM section of the SRO and RO exams.
- 6)
No overlap with audit exam was observed.
