REED COLLEGE - REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF THE REED REACTOR FACILITY REQUALIFICATION PROGRAM
Dear Mr. Frantz:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has reviewed the revised AReed Reactor Facility Requalification Program @ that you submitted by letter dated December 15, 2009, as supplemented on July 22, 2010. Our review concluded that these proposed changes meet the applicable requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR) Part 55 and are acceptable. We request that you begin to implement your approved program immediately.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room. If you have any questions, please contact me at (301) 415-0893.
