NRC2010-A1b- Page 7 - Critical add word "used" SRO Pages 8 & 9 - Steps should not be critical. & first on Page 10, 4th on page 11.

Note on page 13 - Not applicable for SRO.

Page 7 Combine 2 Critical Standards to 1 Critical Standard.

Page 10: Combine first 2 Critical Standards into 1 Critical Standard.

Page 13: Remove Critical Standard designation from step 4.10.2.

Page 14: Remove Critical Standard designation from step 4.12 (First Item).

NRC2010-A1b-RO No Changes NRC2010-A2 Don't hand out Tech Specs.

Sheet 7: Deleted (CS) from statement since applicant should have already made determination that task could not be completed.
