North Anna HHSI Pump Seals V,

I have some questions on the HHSI pump seals:

The HHSI pump seal is from Flowserve. What is the seal model number?

The RAI response says that the worst case leak for the Flowserve seal was 1200 cc/hr. What was the cause of this leak? What was the water temperature when this leak occurred?

What is the water temperature when the HHSI pump is operating at accident conditions? If it is higher than the water temperature when the 1200 cc/hr leak occurred, how would that affect the leakage rate?

Did the licensee review seal leakage from similar seals at other plants, or ask Flowserve for this information?
