ORDER Pilgrim Watch, the intervenor in this proceeding, has filed a Notice with the Commission, seeking further consideration of matters raised in its petition for review.1 Pilgrim Watch specifically seeks a remand of certain issues to the Board, linking them to its petition.2 The Commission has taken final action on Pilgrim Watchs petition for review.3 Pilgrim Watchs Notice neither addresses nor meets the Commissions standards for seeking reconsideration, or for reopening a closed record, and therefore merits no further adjudicatory action by the Commission.4 However, I am referring Pilgrim Watchs filing to the Staff for its consideration, as appropriate.

This order is issued pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(j).
