Change in Level 1 Personnel This purpose of this letter is to inform the Commission that effective July 1, 2010, Dr. Rich Holdren stepped down as the Interim Vice President for Research (VPR) at Oregon State University and Dr. Richard Spinrad began serving as the VPR with all the authority and responsibility thereof. By this letter, the Commission is notified of the staff transition, as required by Technical Specification 6.7.2.b.1 of License No. R-106, Docket No.20-243, for the OSTR.
