D. C. COOK NUCLEAR PLANT - WITHDRAWAL OF NOVEMBER 20, 2009, APPLICATION FOR CYBER SECURITY AMENDMENT (TAC NOS. ME2670 AND ME2671)
Dear Mr. Weber:
By letter dated November 20, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093350548), you applied for an amendment to the D. C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2, Operating License Nos. DPR-58 and DPR-74 in accordance with 10 CFR 50.90 and 10 CFR 73.54, "Protection of digital computer and communication systems and networks." The proposed amendment would modify DPR-58 and DPR-74 to impose requirements regarding the computer cyber security program. SUbsequently, by letter dated July 19, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102080349), you withdrew the amendment request; in the same letter you also submitted an application to completely replace the November 20, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML093350548), application.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
