COLUMBIA GENERATING STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF THE CYBER SECURITY PLAN (TAC NO. ME2624)
Dear Mr. Reddeman:
By application dated November 16, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093280912), Energy Northwest (EN, the licensee) requested a license amendment to approve the cyber security plan and implementation schedule, and revise the license condition regarding physical protection to require the licensee to fully implement and maintain in effect all provisions of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)-approved cyber security plan. By letter dated July 22, 2010 (ADAMS Accession No. ML102150353), EN withdrew its November 16, 2009, application and submitted a new license amendment request.
The NRC staff acknowledges your request to withdraw the application dated November 16, 2009, and has ceased its review under TAC No. ME2624. Your application dated July 22,2010, will be reviewed under TAC No. ME4381.
