By letter dated November 23, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093310416, not publically available), you applied for an amendment to the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station, Unit 1 (DBNPS) Operating License No. NPF-3. The proposed change would have modified the DBPNS cyber security plan. Subsequently, by letter dated July 16, 2010 (ADAMS Package Accession No. ML102020202, not publically available),
you withdrew the amendment request.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited application is being treated as withdrawn. Notice of Consideration of Issuance of the proposed amendment had not been published in the Federal Register.
