Dear Mr. Allen:
This letter confirms our plan to conduct a meeting with FirstEnergy and the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station management. The purpose of the meeting is for NRC to present the end-of-cycle security assessment results. The meeting is scheduled for August 12, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. EDT at the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station. This meeting is not open to the public.
