- NON EMERGENCY On March 10, 2010, one dead green Sea Turtle was retrieved from the plants intake canal.
Injuries were determined to be causal to plant operation. The turtle was sent for necropsy.
Per the plant turtle permit, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) was notified at 0918 EST. This nonemergency notification is being made pursuant to 10 CFR 50.72(b)(2)(xi) due to the notification of the FWCC.
Notified R2DO (Rebecca Nease) and Endangered Species Group via Email.
