Our reviewer Paul Prescott took a look at Xcels May 4, 2010, submittal of the Quality Assurance Topical Report (NRC Accession No. ML101241256) concerning Monticello and Prairie Island. He concluded that it does not meet the threshold of 10 CFR 50.54(a)(4), i.e., it does not appear to be a reduction in commitment. This completes our actions on the subject submittal.
