Dear Mr. Bezilla,
This letter confirms our plans, as discussed between members of our staffs, to discuss the 2009 end-of-cycle plant performance assessment of Perry Nuclear Power Plant. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. (EDT), at the Perry Township Community Building, 2800 Perry Park Rd, Perry, Ohio. The meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
