Clinton sample Bases page.pdf Alan I looked back at the Clinton 24-month submittal, since we modeled that one to develop ours. Attached is one of the pages out of their Bases markup section, and it does indicate the deletion of the phrase we've been discussing about operating experience as a basis for extending SRs to 24 months. When we developed ours, I didn't make the connection on that aspect and didn't carry that deletion over into our submittal. Our reviews prior to submittal did not surface the disparity.
We will incorporate a similar revision into our Bases when the amendment is implemented. As our Bases markups were submitted for "information only," I understand that this email will suffice to resolve this matter.
