PRAIRIE ISLAND INDIAN COMMUNITYS FIRST SUPPLEMENTAL DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and in accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards April 20, 2010 Memorandum and Order (Summarizing Prehearing Conference Call and Amending Hearing Schedule), the Prairie Island Indian Community (PIIC) hereby makes the following first supplemental disclosures.
This disclosure is based on information currently reasonably available to PIIC and will be supplemented as appropriate.
