By letter dated 5/6/10 NSPM submitted Relief Request No. 19, Relief from Impractical Examination Coverage Requirements Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.55a(g)(5)(iii) for the Fourth Ten-Year Inservice Inspection Interval. The NRC staff has found the submittal acceptable for review per NRR Office Instruction LIC-109. The review will be conducted under the above TAC number.
