This constitute$ a Violafion Notice pursuant to Section 31(a)(1) of the Illinois Environmental Protection Act, 415 ILCS 5/31(a)(1), 4nd is based upon review of available information and investigation by representatives ofithe' lltois 9hnvironmr ntal Protection Agency ("Ilif0ois EPA").
The ilMinois EPA hereby providesenotice of violati*ns of environmental statutes, reigations or permi*ts*asset forth in Attachment A to this letter. Attachment A includes.an explanation of the activities that the Illinois EPA believes may resolve the specified violtdbios, including an estimate of a reasonabletme p driod to complete _e:ncessary activities.
