PRAIRIE ISLAND INDIAN COMMUNITYS INITIAL DISCLOSURES PURSUANT TO 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and in accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards April 20, 2010 Memorandum and Order (Summarizing Prehearing Conference Call and Amending Hearing Schedule) and May 13, 2010 Order (Defining Scope of Discovery), the Prairie Island Indian Community (PIIC) hereby makes the following initial disclosure.

This disclosure is based on information currently reasonably available to PIIC and will be supplemented as appropriate.

Witness Identification The person(s) listed below may be called to present evidence at the hearing relative to PIICs admitted contention. Other potential witnesses will be disclosed as they are identified.
