The following is a partial list of NRC legal documents. The legal documents from Prairie Island Indian Community, Northern States Power, and the ASLB are also in ADAMS and are publically available.

NRC legal documents to the ASLB:

ML100431768 - NRCs petition for an interlocutory review ML100540288 - NRCs answer to Northern States Power Companys petition for an interlocutory review ML100670555 - NRCs motion for leave to supplement its petition I hope this helps. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

Prairie Island contention

Dear Elaine,

I understand the NRC is appealing an ASLB finding on the Prairie Island safety culture contention on the license renewal application. Is this appeal document available to the public? If not, could you tell me the status of the appeal?

Thanks!
