- 2) TVA Letter to the NRC dated December 10, 2009, "Changes to Correspondence Addressee and Service List Update" The purpose of this letter is to provide the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) an update to the Watts Bar Unit 2 and Bellefonte Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 distribution lists enclosed in Reference 1. This letter supplements the information contained in Reference 2 by replacing the information for Watts Bar Unit 2 and Bellefonte Units 1, 2, 3 and 4. The other information in Reference 2 remains valid and unchanged. The single point of contact for correspondence to TVA projects under the control of the NGDC organization (i.e., Watts Bar Unit 2 and Bellefonte Units 1, 2, 3 and 4) remains unchanged. All correspondence for the Watts Bar Unit 2 and Bellefonte Units 1, 2, 3 and 4 dockets and projects should be addressed to:
