FOR PUBLIC MEETING WITH SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT ELECTRIC GENERATING STATION 2009 PERFORMANCE
Dear Mr. Halpin:
On June 3, 2010, representatives of STP Electric Generating Station met with NRC personnel in Bay City, Texas, to discuss the NRCs 2009 end of cycle performance assessment. The meeting was held at the request of the NRC to present information regarding plant performance for the 2009 calendar year and was held in an open-house format. The list of attendees is included as Enclosure 1.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter and its enclosures will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRCs Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records (PARS) component of the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS).
