Change of NIST Center for Neutron Research Chief Reactor Operations and Engineering Docket No. 50-184 Gentlemen, In accordance with the requirements of the NBSR Technical Specifications, section 6.7.2.(2)(a), we are reporting that the Chief Reactor Operations and Engineering has changed. Dr. David Sean O'Kelly will be in this position effective 3 1May 2010. Dr. O'Kelly has a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Texas. Dr. O'Kelly was the Associate Director of the University of Texas Research Reactor and prior to.that he was the Assistant Director of the Texas A&M Research Reactor. Dr. O'Kelly has over 22 years in the operation and management of Research Reactors.
