NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 05000320/2010008, GPU NUCLEAR,
INC., THREE MILE ISLAND NUCLEAR STATION, UNIT 2 (TMI-2),
MIDDLETOWN, PENNSYLVANIA
Dear Mr. Lash:
On May 18, 2010, the NRC issued inspection report, No. 05000320/2010008,
documenting an NRC inspection of an examination of your licensed activities as they
relate to radiation safety.
After the report was issued, errors were noted in the 2nd paragraph of section 7.b on
page 5. Specifically, counts per minute (cmp) was changed to corrected counts per
minute (ccmp) and maximum detectable activity (MDA) was revised to minimum
detectable activity (MDA).
We have corrected these pages and have enclosed the corrected report to this letter.
We apologize for any inconvenience or problems this error may have caused you.
