Cycle 17 Refueling (T1R18) Inservice Inspection (ISI) Summary Report Submittal of the Owner's Data Reports for Inservice Inspections is required by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Code, Section Xl. Enclosure 1,"Form NIS-1 Owner's Report for Inservice Inspections" covers the ISI and replacement steam generator eddy current examinations conducted between November 16, 2007 and January 24, 2010. The report includes the Third ISI Interval examinations performed in accordance with the ASME Code,Section XI, 1995 Edition with addenda through 1996 for Class 1 and 2 components and their supports.Enclosure 2, "Form NIS-2 Owner's Report for Repairs or Replacements," includes the Class 1 and 2 NIS-2 Forms completed since January 31, 2008.Enclosure 3, "Topical Report Number 203, " 3 5 th Year Reactor Building Tendon Surveillance (Period 9)", Revision 0" provides a report on the inspection results of the Post-Tensioning System and containment surface. These activities were performed in accordance with ASME Section XI, Subsection IWL, and Technical Specification 4.4.2.The report is required, by Technical Specification 4.4.2.1.6, to be submitted to the NRC within 3 months of completion.
