PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF REPAIRS MADE TO THE REACTOR VESSEL HEAD AND THE BASIS FOR YOUR DECISION TO START UP
Dear Mr. Allen:
This letter confirms the discussion between members of our staffs to meet and discuss inspections and repairs of the reactor vessel head and technical questions regarding the basis for your decision to start up. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, June 3, 2010, at Camp Perry Lodging and Conference Center, Port Clinton, Ohio.
This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned. The NRC requests that you have staff available to address specific questions from the public regarding the subject of this meeting. If you have any questions regarding this meeting, please call me at (630) 829-9833.
