Nuclear Regulatory Commission a cover letter and supplemental documents for renewal of Dow's class 104 (c) operating license R-1 08 for the TRIGA Mark I Nuclear Reactor.

Copies of the cover letter to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and supplemental documents for Dow's renewal application are re-attached to this cover letter for submission and consideration:

• Cover letter to U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, ATTN: Al Adams, dated April 1, 2009; and

• Assistant Secretary's Certificate listing Dow's current Directors and Officers (names, addresses, nationality), and statement of freedom from foreign domination; and

• March 30, 2009, Sworn statement from David E. Kepler, Executive Vice President, certifying Dow's funding source for operating and decommissioning funds with copy of Surety Bond # 6210359.
