It appears that you are overusing the K/A 2.4.41 for EAL calls for SRO admin JPM A5. There are several other Admin JPM K/A;s for this topic.
ANO will ensure use of other K/As for this selection on future exams.

Comment Resolution 1 For Scenario 1-RO the event listed as major for Rx trip is not a Major.
ANO staff agreed to change the classification of the event to Loss of feedwater/with reactor
OBDI 202 - IOLE Process trip. ANO was informed telephonically to correct this event to be Loss of MFW with reactor trip and then failure of EFIC to actuate would be a component failure after the major event. ANO never corrected the ES-D1 to reflect this comment. It was found in error again during the QA review. This document is being updated to reflect the nomenclature error for this event was never corrected but is inconsequential as it is only a naming convention issue.
