This letter confirms our plans as discussed between members of our staffs to meet and discuss the NRC assessment of Byron Station, Units 1 and 2, performances for the calendar year 2009. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. CDT on June 2, 2010, at Room 107 of the Byron Station Training Building. This meeting will be open to the public.
