ORDER (Adopting Transcript Corrections)
The NRC Staff filed on April 23, 2010, an unopposed motion with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board to correct the transcript of the telephone conference held on April 13, 2010.1 The Staff seeks to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A to its motion. The Staff states that [a]lthough these inaccuracies in the transcript did not impact the Boards April 20, 2010 order summarizing the telephone conference, the Staff would like to correct these errors.2 In addition to the errors identified by the Staff, the Licensing Board also orders that the name Froelich be changed to Froehlich on the following pages of the transcript:
