On April 15, 2010, the NRC held a public meeting to discuss issues associated with the Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI). This public meeting was held in the training conference room in the NRC Regional Office in Arlington, Texas. The meeting attendance list and licensee presentation are included as Enclosures 1 and 2, respectively.

In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRC's Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter, and its enclosure, will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs document system (ADAMS).
