SUBJECT:
APPROVAL OF THE CENTER FOR NUCLEAR WASTE REGULATORY ANALYSES FISCAL YEAR 2010 MANAGEMENT PLAN -MAJOR MILESTONE 14002.01.011.030 The subject Management Plan (Revision 16, Change 0) has been reviewed by NRC staff and found to be acceptable with the incorporation of the following revision. On page 3-15, Section 3.4.2., Subcontractors, please revise the last sentence of the first paragraph to read, Moreover, appropriately educated, trained or otherwise experienced in technical area, subcontractors can mitigate the effects of staff attrition. Please submit a change page.
