NRC STAFFS UNOPPOSED MOTION TO CORRECT THE TRANSCRIPT OF THE TELEPHONE CONFERENCE HELD ON APRIL 13, 2010 In accordance with 10 C.F.R. §§ 2.323(a) and 2.327(d) the NRC Staff (Staff) hereby asks the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) to correct the transcript of the telephone conference held on April 13, 2010. The Staff respectfully requests that the transcript be revised to incorporate the corrections identified in Appendix A, attached hereto. Although these inaccuracies in the transcript did not impact the Boards April 20, 2010 order summarizing the telephone conference,1 the Staff would like to correct these errors.
