ORDER (Setting Date for Oral Argument)
On March 22, 2010, the San Luis Obispo Mothers for Peace (SLOMFP) filed a request for hearing and petition to intervene challenging the application of Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) to renew its operating license for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Plant, Units 1 and 2.1 On that same date, SLOMFP filed a petition for waiver of certain regulations in connection with the Petition.2 On April 16, 2010, PG&E and the NRC Staff filed answers to the Petition and Waiver Request.3 The Board will hear oral argument on May 26, 2010, on the issues presented in the Petition and the Waiver Request. The oral argument will be held in San Luis Obispo County, 1
