As requested by Judge McDade during the March 19, 2010, Southern Alliance for Clean Energy states its view that the changes to the protective order that were proposed by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board are acceptable to SACE. In addition, SACE believes the proposed time-frames for summary disposition motions and hearing documents are reasonable.
