Dear Mr. Schwarz:
This letter confirms our plans as discussed between members of our staffs to meet to discuss the results of the 2009 End-of-Cycle assessment for Palisades Nuclear Plant. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 11, 2010, at 6:00 p.m. (EDT), at the Holiday Inn Express Conference Room located at 1741 Phoenix Road, South Haven, MI. This meeting is open to the public. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
