O"FFIC'E O"F SECRETARY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA RULEMAKINGS AND NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ADJUDICATIONS STAFF BEFORE THE ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD In the matter of Entergy Corporation Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station License Renewal Application Docket # 50-293 April 6, 2010 PILGRIM WATCH MOTION TO RESCHEDULE SETTING TELEPHONE CONFERENCE Pilgrim Watch hereby respectfully requests that the Board reschedule the telephone conference with the parties set by the April 1, 2010 Order for April 8, 2010 to a date in May. Our reasons are as follows.
" My husband recently had heart surgery; complications required another procedure April 5; and it looks like this situation may continue for awhile.
- Pilgrim Watch and witnesses cannot commit to either April 20 or 21.
- Further, Pilgrim Watch appreciates that the NRC Commission has before it a Motion for Reconsideration on CLI-10-11; and their ruling on the pending motion obviously may change the shape of the hearing and the number of witnesses required.
Pilgrim Watch contacted the parties and we have not reached complete agreement as to a date for scheduling a call.

- Entergy is available the week of May 3 and May 21; however, one of Entergy's witnesses is unavailable the third week of May - from May 17 (Monday) through May 20 (Thursday).
- Pilgrim Watch is available both the week of May 3 and week of May 17; however our witnesses are not able to commit to a firm date; moreover, it is unclear exactly how many witnesses will be required-,until the NRC Commission rules on the Motion for Reconsideration.
- The Town of Plymouth is available both the week of May 3 and the week of May 17, excepting Friday, May 21.
" NRC Staff objects to delaying the scheduling conference past April; however in the event that the Board orders that the scheduling conference be moved to the first or third week of May, NRC Staff would be available Therefore, Pilgrim Watch respectfully seeks the guidance and judgment of the Board for setting the schedule for the telephone conference to a date in May.
