The RO Candidate is given OSP-RCS-C101, the RPV Heatup Conduct of Operations NR Surveillance and asked to review it for any data that may be out of limits The RO Candidate is given data and asked to determine the Conduct of Operations MR time to change load for the Main Turbine The RO Candidate is given the task of determining the Equipment Control PR clearance boundary for work associated with replacement of a pipe coupling located downstream of FPC-P-1A The RO Candidate is given data for his personal dose and told Radiation Control MR he is to perform work that is in a High Radiation Area. The candidate has to calculate his maximum stay time Emergency Procedures/Plan NOTE: All items (5 total) are required for SROs. RO applicants require only 4 items unless they are retaking only the administrative topics, when all 5 are required.

Based on the location the candidate determines compensatory measures and then fill out a Fire Protection Impairment Notification Form The SRO Candidate is given the task of approving/reviewing NR Equipment Control a clearance order for RHR-P-3 and determine if discrepancies exist The SRO Candidate is given Offgas system data and Radiation Control PR determines if actions are required The SRO Candidate is tasked with classifying an event and Emergency Procedures/Plan MR filling out a CNF after Simulator Scenario #3 NOTE: All items (5 total) are required for SROs. RO applicants require only 4 items unless they are retaking only the administrative topics, when all 5 are required.
