(Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station) April 1, 2010 ORDER (Setting Telephone Conference to Address Future Course of Proceeding)

The Licensing Board will hold a telephone conference with the parties in this proceeding on April 8, 2010, at 1:00 p.m., to address the future course of this proceeding in light of the Commissions recent decision in CLI-10-11.1 At this conference the parties shall be prepared to discuss the issues remaining for adjudication, the need for discovery on these issues, the time needed to prepare for a hearing, and any other matters relevant to the Commissions remand.

Prior to the conference the parties will be provided with the information necessary to connect in to the call and any other appropriate information.

The Board considers that it would be helpful for all parties to have their experts with them for this conference, to assist in the discussion of the issues. In addition, if Pilgrim Watch plans to have counsel represent it during the remainder of the proceeding, it would be appropriate for that counsel to participate in the conference.

If any party and necessary experts will be unavailable on the date set, the conference may be rescheduled. Any party wishing to reschedule shall contact the other parties (through their counsel, if represented by counsel) to determine other dates that all parties will be available (including any of the following dates: April 20 and 21, and the first and third weeks of May), and shall file a motion to reschedule no later than close of business Tuesday, April 6, 2010.
