Re: CNRA Input Maybe just use the MD 8.3 SIT events; those that became SIT's as the first cut. Thx John Sent from NRC Blackberry John Thorp (b)(6)

CNA Input Mike Cullingford's pulled his usual, and told John yesterday (at the retreat) that he needs a writeup for CNRA on a couple of OpE significant events. Tomorrow. (actually today, but he's obviously not getting that since he told me about it haft an hour ago). I'll do the write up and everything tomorrow afternoon, but with the significant topics brief tomorrow morning I don't have the time between now and then to do a thorough review of what's happened since June 1 or so. They're looking for risklsafety significant events, does anyone have a few that stick out from the last fewv months? Off the top of my head the events that have generated the most followup were the Oconee fuel assembly, Crystal River Containment, and TMI contamination spread, but none of those, with the possible exceptiorQ of Crystal River, were particularly risk significant.
Otherwise there's the Oyster Creek LOOP with failure of EDG and isolation condenser, and maybe the Diablo Canyon RHR switch issue that's got the SIT going right now? Anything else interesting?
