Dear Administrative Judges:
On Friday, March 19, 2010, the NRC Staff filed NRC Staff's Response to Board Order and Memorandum of March 16, 2010 in which they indicated that they had no objections to the transcript corrections filed by the Petitioners and TVA. TVA understood the Boards March 16, 2010 Memorandum and Order to be permissive, requiring a response only if a participant chose to file objections. Thus, this letter is to clarify that TVA does not object to the NRC Staffs or Petitioners proposed transcript corrections, and therefore, did not see a need to file a response to the Order.
