NRC STAFF'S RESPONSE TO BOARD ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OF MARCH 16,2010 In accordance with the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board's Memorandum and Order (Schedule For Objections To Proposed Transcript Corrections) issued on March 16, 2010, the Staff files this response. As stated in "Petitioners' Corrected Response To Licensing Board Memorandum and Order Regarding Prehearing Conference Transcript Corrections" filed on March 19, 201 0, the Staff reviewed Petitioners' revised proposed corrections to the transcript prior to their March 19, 2010 submittal and the Staff has no objection. Regarding Tennessee Valley Authority's March 15, 2010 submittal related to their proposed transcript corrections, the Staff has no objection.
