Procedures Associated with RB Evacuation Tim, Richard:
What procedures specify guidance (including entry criteria) for RB evacuation? Additionally, what procedure(s) provides guidance for control room log entries (e.g., what is to be logged in the control room log)?
I'm reviewing the 11/21/09 RB airborne event. I want to understand and evaluate what communication was made to personnel to leave/evacuate the RB. I reviewed the Control Room and OCC logs for 11/21-22 and found entry stating
"....Personnel are being removed from the reactor building as a precautionary measure," but need to understand the activity in more detail.
Can you also put me in touch with the appropriate OPS (SM Coughlin, CRS Malinen) and RP personnel who were onshift the afternoon 11/21. I wanted to discuss the above topic with them.
