RE: TMI-1 radiation event Ralph is correct... I was mistaken... the resident was called at about 5:30.
Its correct that all of the notifications were voluntary. A formal notification was made to NRC (an event report under 50.72) because State officials were notified.

RE: TMI-1 radiation event
- Diane, Ralph DeSantis at Exelon Nuclear just told me their log shows the resident inspector was notified about the radiation event 1 hour1.157407e-5 days
2.777778e-4 hours
1.653439e-6 weeks
3.805e-7 months
and 15 minutes after it occurred, not 3 hours3.472222e-5 days
8.333333e-4 hours
4.960317e-6 weeks
1.1415e-6 months
afterward as you'd told me. Could I please find out why the discrepancy?
-He also says the event did not exceed thresholds for reporting to NRC and all their notifications were voluntary. Can you confirm that?
