The following information is provided pursuant to 10 CFR 50.75 (h)(1)(iii). The Massachusetts Institute of Technology has amended its escrow agreement that addresses the eventual decommissioning cost of the MIT Research Reactor to reflect recent inflation for the needed services. Enclosed is a copy of our letter of 11/19/09 which transmitted a copy of the updated agreement to NRC. Please contact the undersigned with any questions.
