General License 90-day Notification (10 CFR72.212(b)(1)(i))
The R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant plans to store spent fuel in an Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) in accordance with the general license provisions of 10 CFR 72, Subpart K. Cask loading activities are expected to commence on June 7, 2010.
This letter provides the notification required by §72.212(b)(1)(i). In addition, the Attachment provides the required information specified by §72.212(b)(1)(i). As required by §72.212(b)(1)(i),
a copy of this notification is provided to Mr. S.J. Collins, Administrator, NRC Region I.
