UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ATOMIC SAFETY AND LICENSING BOARD PANEL Before the Licensing Board:

G. Paul Bollwerk, III, Chairman Dr. Anthony J. Baratta Dr. William W. Sager In the Matter of TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (Bellefonte Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2)

Docket Nos. 50-438-CP and 50-439-CP ASLBP No. 10-896-01-CP-BD01 March 16, 2010 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER (Schedule for Objections to Proposed Transcript Corrections)

On March 15, 2010, the Licensing Board received three sets of proposed corrections to the transcript of the March 1, 2010 initial prehearing conference, one each from the Tennessee Valley Authority, the NRC staff, and Joint Petitioners.1 Although the Board in its March 5, 2010 memorandum and order setting a schedule for transcript corrections requested that [a]ny proposed corrections should, to the maximum extent possible, reflect agreement among the participants, Licensing Board Memorandum and Order (Initial Prehearing Conference Transcript Corrections) (Mar. 5, 2010) at 1 (unpublished), we have been advised by the participants that they were unable to reach agreement on all the proposed corrections because of the number being suggested.

As a consequence, any participant motion objecting to any of the transcript corrections proposed by another participant shall be filed on or before noon Eastern Time (ET) on Friday, 1 Joint Petitioners include the Blue Ridge Environmental Defense League (BREDL) and its Bellefonte Efficiency and Sustainability Team (BEST) chapter and the Southern Alliance for Clean Energy (SACE).

March 19, 2010, with any participant response to such a motion due on or before noon ET on Wednesday, March 24, 2010.

It is so ORDERED.
